When Can I Enroll in a Medicare or Dual Plan?
Enrollment Options with Medicare & Medicaid
If you have both Medicare and Medicaid, you will be eligible to enroll in Medicare Plans four times throughout the year. You can enroll in plans once during each of the first three quarters of the year (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, July-Sep) and during the Annual Election Period (Oct 15-Dec 7).
During these times, you can compare your Medicare options and enroll in the plan that best fits you. These Plans bundle your coverage and may offer additional benefits like prescription coverage , transportation , a budget for over-the -counter purchases and more!

Annual Election Period
From October 15 through December 7 each year, Medicare beneficiaries have a chance to change their coverage for the following year.
Special Enrollment
If your coverage options have changed because of moving, losing Medicaid coverage, leaving an employer plan, or other reasons, you may be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period.
